Description:

Our client, a U.S. affiliate of the world's leading water treatment engineering company is seeking an International Marketing Manager to lead all Marketing initiatives.

This position is based in Richmond and will support the marketing activities of all the business line equipment entities, including: Biological, Biosolids and Separations.

RESPONSIBILITIES

To define concrete goals that will enhance market share and increase the profitability of our products and services

To develop the marketing plan and the marketing strategy

To research, identify, analyze the various development factors (financial, technological, etc.) and to study the market data and trends in order to optimize our competitiveness

Establish key relationships with our internal teams and our customers (reps, consulting engineers, etc.) in order to evaluate their needs and to support them in our common development goal


This person will work closely with our operational marketing activities.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS AND ABILITIES

BS in Engineering + Master?s degree or equivalent in business or industrial marketing experience

4 to 10 years experience in industrial water equipments, in position such as sales or marketing managers


Travel: Worldwide 50%.
