Here?s your opportunity to be part of a land development team with services from initial concept planning through final design, permitting and construction services.Successfully design commercial and retail land development projects with a company who does understand that time is money and strives to complete their projects within the allocated schedule.Position Overview:Finally work at a company of professionals that are experienced in handling confidential zoning and annexation issues as well as the coordination with local, state and national agencies for project review and approval.Use this opportunity so you can expand the land development sector with a company that has over 30 years of experience delivering to public and private sector customers.Grow your career and future in Land Development by designing the projects for the field so they can be brought in on time.Land Development Engineer Duties:As the Land Development Engineer you will report directly to the Division Manager.Responsible to use AutoCad 2007 for all the Land Design work that you will perform.Responsible to use the PondPack robust analysis engine that sizes ponds, develops outlet rating curves with tailwater effects, accounts for pond infiltration, calculates pond detention times, analyzes channels, performs interconnected pond routing computations and handles divergent (multiple) outfalls.Will be involved with designs as needed for entitlement services, zoning and annexation, concept planning, feasibility studies, development agreement coordination, agency coordination and cost estimating.Will be involved in the design services group for site layout and grading plans, traffic studies, stormwater management (designing detention ponds and hydraulic reports), structural elements, access permits, utility design and coordination.Will be involved with the design services group that supports survey services, ALTA and boundary surveys, right-of-way and easement documents, subdivision platting, topographic surveys.Will be responsible to use your working knowledge of water distribution systems, sanitary distribution systems, site grading, determining earthwork quantities and general roadway design.Your Outstanding Opportunity - Commercial Land DevelopmentFull Benefits - MoreLocal Only - No Relocation
