Office Manager Water Resources

Multi-disciplinary consulting firm is looking for an Office Manager to help grow their established Ft Myers office. The ideal candidate should have a track record in the Water Resources discipline in the S Florida market. Candidate will work to continue growing already established group of engineers and lead the Ft Myers office. The individual will serve as a “rainmaker” and help grow the office. Strong contacts with SFWMD and local municipalities is a must. The individual will be a pivotal role in business development activities in Water Resources within S Florida; someone with an already established client basis in the SW Florida is a must. The individual will also serve as a leader and mentor to junior staff, assist with strategic planning and daily operations/business activities for office.

Requirements:
Bachelors degree of higher in civil engineering, environmental engineering or related field.
Licensed Professional Engineer in the State of Florida.
15+ years of experience in the Water Resources field.
Prior experience working with SFWMD and SW Florida municipalities.
Must have prior business development. Preference given to contacts that have existing client relationships and experience dealing with local water management districts, counties, and municipalities.
