Opportunity: Civil Water/ Wastewater Resources Engineer (Engineering Manager)

Location: San Francisco or San Jose - California Office

Compensation: $90,000 to $130,000 annual base + benefits and bonuses

Our San Francisco & San Jose offices are actively seeking a Senior Engineering Manager to take on Senior Management level Associate or Principal role within our Civil Water/ Wastewater Resources Engineering Group.

This Senior Engineer will potentially be on a Vice President / Shareholder track within our firm and be responsible for leading and expanding an existing water / wastewater team across a broad spectrum of innovative water / wastewater projects.

The ideal candidate should have a solid career managing the preparation of detailed high-quality plans, specifications and estimates coupled with the enthusiasm, entrepreneurial spirit and capability to expand our water / wastewater services in Northern California. Candidate must also have excellent client development skills and be able to perform business development activities to expand this service area. To be considered, the applicant must possess a Bachelors of Science degree in Civil Engineering, California professional registration, recent Bay Area representative projects and an excellent project management reputation with clients in Northern California. This position also requires a minimun of 15+ years industry related experience.

RBF offers a wide array of water / wastewater services including master planning and hydraulic modeling; distribution system design including pipelines, pump stations, reservoirs and hydraulic structures design; and water / wastewater treatment facilities including membrane process and ion exchanges for water / wastewater and recycled water projects.
