Description:Join an innovative growing team of professionals in the Land Development/Land Resources arena. This opportunity includes a variety of responsibilities which include, but are not limited to the following:* Perform the specific tasks and assignments involving lead hydrology work for a variety of land development projects that may consist of residential, commercial, industrial and multi-use development. * Perform tasks utilizing judgment and independent evaluation, standard techniques, procedures and specified criteria. * Expertise in problem solving, drainage studies, rough grading, transportation applications, design and layout of street improvements, underground facilities, layout/design, storm water management, permitting and design procedures. * Devise new/alternative approaches and solutions to problems working under the direction of the Task Manager and/or Project Manager. * Meet productivity targets for each item of work. * Work with minimal supervision on new aspects of assignment on the project. * Attend periodic project meetings and participating in other forms of communication with other project team members, as appropriate. Excellent professional skills and understanding of professional services procedures. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Active involvement in several professional societies and community activities desirable. Minimum years of experience: 10 Education/Registrations required: BS or equivalent degree, PE Special considerations/requirements: HEC programs, FEMA experience A valid driver's license and clean driving record is required for this position.
