With operations spanning the globe, our client is focussed on the production of energy through sustainable and feasible renewable sources. This company has taken on the mission of demonstrating the technical and economic viability renewable energy sources offer and is presently undertaking a variety of projects in the Australia and Asia Pacific region. Due to significant growth in this market sector, we are seeking a Senior Renewable Energy Expert for a long-term ongoing position.

The role of Senior Renewable Energy Expert will be responsible for the delivery of various projects across Australia. With a strong technical focus, the successful candidate will design and deliver wind and solar projects as well as build and manage a team of engineers and scientists. In addition to this, there will a strong focus on exploring and implementing new technologies.

The ideal candidate will have:

• An engineering degree (recognised by Australian Standards)
• A Masters degree in renewable energy (or equivalent)
• A minimum of 5 years’ experience in the design and delivery of renewable energy projects
• An ability to travel interstate and internationally when required
• Familiarity with emerging renewable energy technologies
• Management, mentoring and team leadership experience
